We accept returns only for defective items. If you receive a broken or incorrect product, please ship it to our head office for an exchange. Any balance difference must be paid by the client.
We do not offer cash refunds; instead, a store credit code will be provided, valid for future purchases. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the product. Only unused items in original packaging are eligible for return. Refunds for online payments take 5-6 business days, while COD refunds may take longer.
Damage caused by third-party transportation is not covered. If we initiate a reverse pickup, a fee of ₹150 applies within Delhi and ₹300 outside Delhi.
